How does Shoptic connect to VTEX?

In the Shoptic app you pick VTEX and authorize the connection with your store account. It takes a few minutes, needs no technical knowledge and does not require a developer.

Does it work on a catalog with thousands of SKUs?

Yes. Paid plans work across the full catalog and generation runs in batches, filtered by category, instead of one product at a time. The practical limit is credits: one credit equals one standard image, and plans range from 200 credits on Starter to 1,800 on Business, with extra credits available on Pro and Business.

What does Shoptic change in my store?

Product content: images, videos and listing text such as titles, descriptions, meta descriptions and tags. Prices, stock and logistics settings are outside what it works on, and nothing reaches the store until you approve it.

How do credits and plans work?

One credit equals one standard image; some features use more depending on complexity. The Free plan gives 100 credits per month on a single product, watermarked and not licensed for commercial use. Paid plans start at US$15 per month billed annually, work across the full catalog and carry no watermark. Every plan includes one connected store and Business allows up to three.

Does Shoptic publish on its own or ask for approval?

Nothing is published without your approval. You generate, review the results and choose which ones go back to the VTEX product page. Anything you do not approve stays in Shoptic and can still be downloaded for another channel.
