Every plan includes the connection to your online store (Tiendanube, Mercado Libre, VTEX, WooCommerce, Shopify, PrestaShop, Wix, Squarespace, Magento, Jumpseller, Empretienda, or a Google Shopping feed) and the generation of images, ads, videos, and SEO content.
Credits are what you use to create in Shoptic. An image costs 1 credit as a draft, 5 at 1K, 10 at 2K, and 20 at 4K. Ads cost 1 to 20 credits depending on quality, a 10-second video costs 50, and SEO content starts at 5. You always see the cost before you create.

Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade anytime and changes apply right away. Credits don't carry over between plans, so downgrading drops any unused plan credits. You keep your extra credits.
Monthly credits included in your plan refresh each billing cycle and don't roll over.
However, extra credits purchased on-demand never expire and stay available until you use them.
If you cancel your subscription or move to a lower plan, you keep your remaining extra credits and can keep using them. Buying more requires an active Pro or Business plan. They're only lost if you delete your account.
Three options: Buy more (Pro/Business only), upgrade your plan instantly, or wait for next month's refresh. Your choice.
None of Shoptic's plans, including Free, add a watermark. Use your images anywhere, own them completely.
Integration
Shopify, Tiendanube and Nuvemshop, Mercado Libre, VTEX, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Wix and Squarespace connect natively in a couple of clicks. Magento, Jumpseller, Empretienda and any other platform that exports a Google Shopping product feed connect through that feed. You can connect more than one store on the Business plan.
