What the integration does

Shoptic has a native connection to Squarespace: you authorize it with your store account and the product catalog is synced. From there it generates product photos, product videos and SEO listing content, and sends the approved files back to the Squarespace product page.

  • Syncs the catalog automatically. Shoptic reads the products, images and descriptions from your Squarespace store, so there is no exporting, renaming and re-uploading files for every product.
  • Generates photos, videos and listing copy per product or in batches, in the style and format you choose. Paid plans work across the full catalog; the Free plan works on a single product.
  • Publishes back to the store in one click. The approved image returns to the Squarespace product page, and every file can also be downloaded for social, an email campaign or a press kit.

How to connect Squarespace

  1. 01

    Connect your store

In the Shoptic app you pick Squarespace, sign in with your store account and authorize the connection. It takes a couple of clicks, no technical knowledge is required and everything runs in the browser.

  2. 02

    Shoptic reads the catalog

The connection brings in your products with their current images and descriptions. Shoptic organizes them so you can choose what to work on, one product at a time or filtered by category, with nothing to prepare in advance.

  3. 03

    Generate and publish

Pick the style and the format, generate, review the results and approve the ones that work. Approved assets go back to the Squarespace product page in one click, and anything you do not approve never touches the store.

What you can generate

  • Editorial shots that match a design-led template

A carefully chosen template gets undercut by product photos taken against a wall at home. Wide negative space, a restrained palette and a single product in frame put the images at the level of the rest of the site, without a photographer at every launch.

  • Full width scenes for the home page

Banner sections ask for wide images that are hard to shoot on a phone. The same product placed in a realistic environment fills that space and still shows the item the customer will receive, because it starts from the catalog photo.

  • Even grids for collection pages

A grid of products photographed on different days reads as inconsistent even when each photo is fine on its own. Overhead shots with a shared arrangement and light give the collection page one visual standard across every item.

  • Assets for stories, email and press

Stories at 9:16, feed at 4:5 and square crops generated from the same product, so a launch is covered on the site and off it. The product's details stay intact, which matters when a magazine or a customer compares the image with the real thing.

Free includes 1 store and 1 product. Paid plans work on the whole catalog; Business allows up to 3 stores. See pricing
